Track & Trace
Each package receives a Track & Trace code from us so that you can easily follow and see the status of your package. As soon as your parcel has arrived at the DHL sorting center, you will receive an email about this.
Delivery
Your package will be delivered by DHL to the delivery address. Delivery of your parcel to a DHL Parcel Shop is not possible. Your package can be a letterbox package or a postal package, depending on the size of your order. This will be indicated in advance at the Track & Trace. If it is a letterbox package, it is not important to be at home upon delivery.
